The areas of weakness we need to concentrate on will constantly crop up in our everyday lives. For example, a person who has to cleanse their spirit of envy will find that as they go through life, they will find themselves in situations where they meet others who they believe have a better quality of life, take more holidays, have more money in the bank. They will usually have better cars and send their children to better schools. Meeting these kind of people is very important to the soul who is striving to rid itself of envy.

How Do I Know Where My Weaknesses Lie?

Quite simply, you don't, but how many times have you said to yourself "I knew that would happen" or "I wish I'd gone with my instincts". This is because the answers to all our karmic challenges are known to us already - which is why we know 'deep down' when something just isn't right. The object of the exercise is to see if we are strong enough to go with our instincts or do the opposite. Most of the time, we do the opposite - and of course - a similar situation will present itself to us at a later date, until we get it right.

Soul Groups, Spirit Guides and Helpers

A soul group is exactly as it says: A group of spirits, made up of intelligent life forms, which choose to stay together. Very often, a few of the group will return in order to progress spiritually and the others will stay behind. They too are improving their spiritual path as while they are learning in their own dimension, they are helping us down here. We call these entities "Spirit Guides", "Guardian Angels" or "Spirit Helpers". Some members of the soul group are extremely highly evolved whilst others are not.

What Made Me Come Back?

At the end of your physical existence, (death), your life force, spirit, consciousness or whatever else you know it to be, will enter the next stage of spiritual evolution. It has to. It simply cannot die. The body cannot continue as the vibrations of this earth are too coarse. Once 'settled' you will have the opportunity of speaking about your life with your guides and helpers. They, who had been with you since birth, will be able to point out to you the areas of your life which could have been handled differently. They will explain that while you need to perfect certain areas of your character and rid yourself of certain negative qualities, you will not be able to progress spiritually - it simply isn't scientifically possible to go any further as negative and positive energies cannot blend together harmoniously.
