Most of you will probably have an understanding that you are all here for a reason, and some of you may realise that you have returned to this life because there are areas of weakness in your character that are hindering your spiritual progress.

The Reality

All of you, regardless of colour, race or religious beliefs, are in search of spiritual perfection. Even though you are not consciously aware of it, this is the reality of the matter. You have returned to this life in an effort to cleanse your spirit of negative qualities such as envy, jealousy, intolerance, etc.

The areas of weakness you need to concentrate on will constantly crop up in your everyday lives. For example, a man who has to free himself of envy will find that as he goes through life, he will find himself in situations where he will meet others who he feels have a better quality of life and has more money in the bank than he has. They will usually have better cars and send their children to better schools. Meeting these kind of people is very important to the soul who is striving to rid itself of envy.

How Do You Know Where Your Weaknesses Lie?

The simplest way of realising your weaknesses is by going over your life and spotting the problems that have a habit of reappearing time and time again. It's very important that you are honest with yourself. Depending on how far you have travelled on your spiritual journey and what stage of spiritual evolution you are presently at, you may go through life totally ignorant - only to return at a later date in a new part of the world to live life all over again and face similar issues. Those of you who, through many incarnations, have an understanding of Karma and free-will will probably have a desire to progress spiritually and have an interest in spiritual growth.

Soul Groups, Spirit Guides and Helpers

A soul group is exactly as it says: A group of souls, made up of intelligent life forms existing on the same vibration. Very often, a few of the group will return in order to progress spiritually and the others will stay behind. They too are improving their spiritual path as while they are learning in their own dimension, they are helping you down there. You call these entities "Spirit Guides", "Guardian Angels" or "Spirit Helpers". Some members of the soul group are highly evolved whilst others are not.

You all belong to a soul group and are connected by universal law. Out of divine love, your guides will see to it that you face your weaknesses over and over again until you learn to deal with them correctly and not in a weak or selfish manner. How many times have you called out for help only for your pleas to fall on deaf ears? Your guides are helping you - this is why most of you face so many difficult situations. Your guides agreed with you before your present incarnation that you would experience painful and often trying times to see how you cope. The only thing they can do while you are struggling is stand back and pray you are able to handle the frustrations, because if you fail, you will be put through similar situations at a later date - if not in this life, the next.
